This project is a design study for The Base Coat Nails in White Rock, BC. The website was a bit dated. The new design is more intuitive, easier to navigate, with better legibility. Figma was used to execute the design. The new layout is simplified and more appealing/attractive. The menu is set to the top instead of a floating menu. ​The colour palette and fonts are toned down. The font was changed to Josefin Sans. The goal was to make the desktop website and mobile version as minimalistic as possible. It was a challenge to use the existing assets in an interesting way. The end result is a more manageable, consistent and cohesive website.
